Life changing! I dont have to be self concious anymore about getting a camel toe. Or I dont have to keep checking if the the lips are out of place ...if you know what I mean XD. The focus is now all in doing my reps at the gym and I feel super confident with them. Even when on my period...they kind of also work as a period underwear. LOVE THEM SO MUCH! Im ordering a third order now!

I will be honest, I was expecting much from these but omg.
I’m actually stoked at the QUALITY! They’re not thin cheap material, they feel luxurious and thick.
I got two large and an extra large just to see what sizing was like and can confirm they’re a true to size product with the large fitting perfectly.
I only got three pairs but I’ll be buying more as I always go to reach for them.

I love the fit of this design! I thought the original was good, but now this is my favourite- it looks great under leggings, thin enough to be fredgie proof but still look seamless.

I kept getting fredgies ads on my social media, I head to the gym most mornings super self conscious about my shorts and what’s “showing” through. I placed an order for 3 power fredgies and tried them on as soon as the package arrived, I grabbed my phone and ordered 9 more in a matter of seconds. They are a complete game changer!

They’ve improved a lot, I had the first gen of these and the internal lining shifted in the wash, this new design is much stronger.

These really work- don’t hesitate to buy them. I’m usually a 12/14 in underwear and the medium was perfect.
